Do Latina women accept the Black Man with Klout infedilities more than other women?

Just saw the preview of LaLa Anthony’s feature in Latina Magazine April 2012 edition. In the feature she discuss her marriage, her future endevaors, and being confident.
After reading some comments on how/why LaLa and Carmelo have lasted. It made me think about the previous episode of Basketball Wives where Evelyn explains to Chad Ochocinco

“I want you to be 100 with me. I’d rather know. Tell me1 I wanna know. Go to the pharmacy and get condoms. I’mma be sick like a motherf–ker but what can I do but respect you and know that you’re telling me the truth rather than hide it. Because at the end of the day you don’t have to tell me nothing. I don’t want to have to babysit you but I’d rather you be real with me because Lord knows what could happen.

Raises eyebrows to the ^^^^^. In translation: I am willing to marry into an open relationship!
Moving on.. The following comments from both an African American Male and Female persepctive of the Cheating Black Male and Latina Women stood out to me.
African American Female Comment
“What is up with all these Latina women? Vanessa Bryant, Lala, Evelyn Lozada, being cool w/ accepting their cheating man (Black Man) as long as they got the ring?”
African American Male Comment
“That’s why the non-black women are getting “wife’d” up by us  black men because they accept and understand their mans status”
The questions that popped in my head are
1. Is this just a Latina Women problem? Or a Man with Klout (Certain Occupation) problem
2. How does infidelity correlate with accepting/understanding  a man’s “status”? *I assume they are referring to occupation
3. Why get married or settled in a long term relationship if you are going to cheat?
4. How can this stereotype or standard be reversed?
5. Why don’t the other women care when cheating with a high profiled married man? *It’s no way in Sam Hell they can claim they did not know they were married or tricked
